Deposit Requirements

Up to and including three days rental- full payment due at booking

Four or more days rental- 50% due at booking. Balance due 7 days prior to arrival in low season, 30 days prior to arrival in high season and 60 days prior to arrival for holiday weeks.

Cancellations & Changes

MUST HAVE AN ADULT (25 YRS OLD+) PRESENT IN ORDER TO OCCUPY ANY CORALSTONE UNIT

Cancellations or changes are accepted at no penalty (except cc fee) if received prior to sixty (60) days before arrival. Deposit, less any credit card charges, will be refunded. A full refund is available if a hurricane (as defined by the U.S. National Weather Service) is predicted in the duration of your stay.
